After more than a decade of helping grow Superscript, our co-founder and Chief Underwriting Officer, Ben Rose, is stepping down.

When they started Superscript, Ben and Cameron set out to flip insurance on its head – to make it work for the businesses building the future, not stuck in the past. What followed was something genuinely different – a company powered by curiosity, ambition and a team that backs each other every step of the way.

During Ben’s tenure, we’ve secured long-term partnerships, launched market-first products and achieved major milestones – from becoming a Lloyd’s of London broker to earning B Corp certification.

Not to mention our most recent award wins, like the Insurance Times Schemes Broker of the Year in 2024 and Growth Company of the Year at the National Insurance Awards earlier in 2025.

Superscript has come a long way, and I’m looking forward to seeing where the team takes it next. I’m especially grateful to Cam for his partnership from day one, and to Chris for his leadership and support through the most recent stage of the journey. I’ll be cheering the team on and wishing them every success for the future.
